








I was invited to visit Iran by the Turkmen Horse Breeding and Consulting Cooperative (THBCC). It’s founder, Dr. Abdoljalil Ghiadi, is the head of a group of eight breeders and researchers involved in Turkmen horse breeding, pedigree research and genotyping. They have worked as a cooperative since 1998, centred in Jergelan, Iran.
The Yasin and Yaser Horse Breeding and Training Center is located in Golestan province in the Sufyan Village of Kaleleh city.
