4th: Mindal (black, 2004, Gulam x Mindala, line Kaplan, bred Safonova, Russia, owner Mirhodzhaev, Uzbek)

5th: Gazyr Shael (black, 1999, Melesur x Geserli, line El, bred and owned Shael Stud)

Onbashi won the “prize of spectator’s liking”.

Alongside Equiros this year are some meetings, including “The Beginning of a New Era for the Akhal-Teke” and the first presentation of the International Akhal-Teke Jockey Club. Maria (of the great Akhal-Teke UK site) is attending the events and meetings and promises a summary! I will put in a link as soon as that is posted as well.
