Helm is by Melesur out of Hanbibi, so is a half brother to Arim. Akhal Texas has sold him to a dressage rider and Helm is under advanced dressage training. He sure is a beauty to watch!

Just a follow-up note on Helm. He has been trained up to a high level of dressage over a period of three years. We are now showing at Intermediare – 1, and are probably the most advanced dressage Akhal-Teke horse in the country. Helm has exceptionally pure gaits, and scores well in dressage tests. He stands 16h, and has filled out with the regular exercise and training. He has a very pleasant, docile personality, and gives me exactly what I ask for when I am riding him, nothing less and nothing more. A delight to ride. We are in the process of learning one time changes in preparation for Grand Prix, perhaps next year. Fortunately I have a very competent German trainer who has brought the stallion along perfectly since I bought him. I will be offering AI breeding this coming season if anyone is interested.
