Along with the celebrations for the Day of the Horse and the scientific conference was held a competition for representational art portraying their Akhal-Teke horses. No Akhal-Tekes here but I couldn’t resist posting some horsey photographs that I have taken with my new lens!

BGD Ranch, Calgary

BGD Ranch near Calgary is standing Dazyrdi, by Gindarkh 13 line Gelishikli. They also have a young bay mare, Dazzle, and a part-bred palomino gelding, Banjo Boogie (ATxArabian).
