Akhal-Teke stallion Eramay

Eramay is a a very elegant shining bay colt born in 2005 by Arim out of Europa bred by the Pontecorvos of Akhal Texas. He is truly stunning.

Rare Breed Show 2008

The Festival of Endangered Equines was put on by by Equus Survival Trust and the Akhal-Teke Society of America ran the US Akhal-Teke Championships at the Kentucky Horse Park. Here are some photos and once I get all the information I’ll put up a post about placings with more information:

horse’n around town

No Akhal-Tekes here but I couldn’t resist posting some horsey photographs that I have taken with my new lens!
Now I’m off to Lone Larch to try it out on their horses.

BGD Ranch, Calgary

BGD Ranch near Calgary is standing Dazyrdi, by Gindarkh 13 line Gelishikli. They also have a young bay mare, Dazzle, and a part-bred palomino gelding, Banjo Boogie (ATxArabian).
